Pictured are School 1's recent award winners for various competitions and contests. David DiPuma had his poem "My Amazing Mom" published in the Appelly Publishing 2021 Rising Stars Collection.
We also had five award winners for the first annual Port Authority's Earth Month poster contest. Ha-Eun Iris Kim won first place in the contest. The other four students won Honorable Mention: Yujin Choi, Kayla Park, Jiwon Woo, and Jeongwon Stella Han. Thank you to our art teacher, Mrs. Francesca Park, for supporting our art students!
